I offer telehealth or face-to-face pastoral therapy, counseling, and recovery groups, counseling for children, adults, families, marriages, and groups. I also offer ABA Early Intervention, parenting coaching, conflict resolution, and anger management, using various methods and techniques such as art and play therapy, contemplation, biblical meditation, and many others according to your needs.

I am a licensed professional clinician, LPC, who has been providing mental health services in Fairfield County over the last nine years. My experience in working with individuals, couples, families, and children has proven to deliver positive changes in many people’s lives.

My vision is to have a serene place for individuals and families to meet their needs and achieve their goals. I am dedicated to helping people better their lives.

My diverse experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children from all different cultural, ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

I work with patients with all types of diagnoses, including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and ADHD.

I have extensive experience in working with children with disruptive behavior disorders who often experience symptoms of anger/aggression, impulsivity, low self-esteem, communication struggles, and family/social relational conflicts.

I use a varied theoretical approach centered on forms of therapy, including cognitive behavioral, narrative, brief/solution-focused, Biblical-based therapy, and expressive arts therapy.

I have participated in the design and creation of the pedagogical evaluation of Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder, keeping in mind the basic learning devices. Also, I have conducted psychosocial interventions for women, girls, boys, and adolescents who are victims of the armed conflict.
