Join Us
You will join as an associate counselor. Compensation is fee-for-service, determined by your license level and responsibilities.
You will be paid twice a month for rendered services. You will receive a bonus for patients you bring to our practice.
 
Compensation is determined by your license level, experience, and job responsibilities.
Full Licensed Clinicians start at $60 per session.
Providers with a limited license start at $45 per hour session.
Pre-licensed providers start at $35 per hour session.
Payments are issued twice a month for rendered services.
Qualified employees are eligible for a bonus.
You will receive a bonus for each patient you bring to the practice.
You will also receive a bonus for referring other providers to the practice.
It is recommended but not required. You do not need to manage enrollment or insurance billing, as we handle all administrative and billing processes. This allows you to focus on your clients.
Yes, you may provide telehealth services from home. You must use a desktop or laptop computer that is not shared with others and use our platform to record and store all client information.
All communication must follow HIPAA-compliant guidelines and our practice policies.
We provide a secure communication channel and telehealth platform to support compliance.
Yes, if you hold an LMSW or another state license that authorizes you to provide therapy under supervision. We offer individual and group supervision at no additional cost.
