Church Affilition Requirements

We reserve the right to review and approve each application
  • Christian churches, Christian Ministries, and non-profit organizations are eligible to apply
  • Donations distribution are twice a year, after quilify service are met.
  • Church affiliations must be renewed annually for free
  • Churches Must be registered with their State to qualify 
  • The US Organizations must be IRS Approved as a non-for-profit organization
  • International organizations must register and be verified by their governmental authorities
  • Qualify services for donations, members must complete and pay for 6 or more sessions priced at $90 or higher
  • When Referring Other Churches Qualify services: Church must have a least one member  who complete and pay for 12 or more sessions priced at $90 or higher.
  • To qualified applicant churches, ministries, ministers and organizations shall adhere to Christian moral standards and biblical beliefs
  • Referred members are not required to share our Christian beliefs. However, they should feel comfortable receiving counseling from Christian counselors and show respect for our faith while they are in our facilities or utilizing our services

  • To join the Embrace Church Affiliate Program, please complete an affiliate application
  • Submit the required documents.
  • within 7 to 10 days, you will receive a follow up letter to complete any necesary information or documentation.
  • You will receive an email notification about your application status within 7 to 30 days, indicating approval, rejection, or necessary corrections.
  • If your application is approved. After the process is complete you will receive an unique affiliate link to share with your members and communities.
